At torotea, our mission has always been to provide you with the best tea experience, from every sip to every visit. We are so grateful for your support and loyalty, and that’s why we want to be fully transparent about an upcoming change.
Due to rising operational costs and tariffs, legal battles we had to fight for in order to protect our business, and an increase in fraudulent activity affecting our rewards program, we have made the difficult decision to retire our Loyalty Points System by the end of March 2025. While this decision wasn’t easy, we believe it’s the best step forward to maintain the quality, service, and integrity you deserve.
Here’s what you need to know:
You can continue earning points until April 1, 2025.
Any accumulated points will remain valid until they are fully redeemed at the Diamond Bar location—so you can still enjoy your well-earned rewards!
This isn’t goodbye to showing our appreciation—it’s a step toward even better ways to reward you. We’re already exploring fresh, exciting ways to bring more value to your experience at torotea, please stay tuned!
